Puckey ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Puckey website and iOS application. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account information
When you register, we collect your first name, last name, username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). You may also optionally provide a profile bio and photo.
Chat history
When you use the Puckey chatbot ("Cheer"), your questions and the assistant's responses are saved to your account so you can review past conversations. Each conversation may also be associated with a specific game, team, or player you were asking about.
Preferences
We store the teams, players, and sports bars you choose to follow so we can personalise your experience.
Subscription and billing
If you subscribe to a Pro plan, we store your subscription status and plan details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We do store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers associated with your account.
Email newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address and your favourite team.
Usage data
We may collect standard web server logs such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We retain your account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and chat history are deleted from our systems within 30 days. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Puckey is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Puckey after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
